About

A field reference for hunters who will not wound.

AimVitals exists for one reason: a hunter who knows exactly where the vitals sit takes a better shot.

AimVitals was released as Hunter’s Field Guide and renamed to reflect what hunters actually use it for — finding the vital zone and the right caliber for the animal in front of them. It is the same app, built for iPhone, and it works without a signal.

It covers 51 species across Africa, Europe and North America: dangerous game such as lion, buffalo, elephant and hippo, and plains and trophy animals such as kudu, eland, red stag, elk, moose and whitetail. Each one carries a shot placement diagram, caliber recommendations, habitat and daily habits, and SCI and Rowland Ward trophy context.

There are no maps, no trail cameras and no social feed. AimVitals is a reference you open before and during the hunt, then put back in your pocket.
