Terms of use

Reference only

AimVitals provides shot placement diagrams, caliber guidance, habitat information and trophy context as a reference. It is not a substitute for training, marksmanship practice, a professional hunter or guide, or your own judgement in the field.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for safe firearm handling, for shooting within your ability and equipment, and for complying with all hunting laws, permits, seasons and species regulations that apply where you hunt. Do not take a shot you are not confident in.

Apple end user licence

AimVitals is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), the same agreement linked from our App Store listing. These terms add to that agreement. Where they conflict, Apple’s EULA applies.

In-app purchases

AimVitals is free to download. AimVitals Pro is available as a yearly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
The yearly subscription renews automatically each year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
The lifetime purchase is a single payment. It does not renew and is never charged again.
You can manage or cancel the yearly subscription in your iPhone’s Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Previous purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases in the app.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

All diagrams, illustrations and written content in AimVitals are owned by us and may not be copied, redistributed or resold without permission.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms as species content and features change. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
